Microsoft Sharepoint Collaboration Sites

HAZUS-MH Sharepoint Collaboration Site: This site helps to manage the information developed by six active contractors that support the HAZUS program. Features include: - Calendar that tracks HAZUS training courses, team meetings, and conference participation - major conferences have dedicated work spaces to manage the logistics
- Restricted document area for use only by the contractor engaged in program reporting and procurement support (OPP is on this team)
- Document library organized by HAZUS development, outreach and training for easy file location
- Project Management area where meeting minutes and progress reports are maintained
- Task list tracking area that is reviewed and updated on the weekly PMO call
RiskMAP Sharepoint site: This site was set up to provide a consolidated area for all of the documents associated with the multi-million dollar, multi-contractor procurement area. OPP configured the site, provided client training and serves as the administrative and functional support.
