BenefitsOutreach Process Partners values our team members and it shows in the benefits we provide: - Health Insurance: You will have a choice among four health insurance plans. OPP pays 100% of plan premiums for the employee on one of the four plans (the high deductible Health Savings Account plan). For the HSA plan option, routine preventative care is covered at 100% and OPP both pays the premium and puts $70 month into the employee´s health savings account.
- Vision benefits: Plan provides for eye exams, lenses and contact lenses, currently with a $15-$25 co-pay. Laser vision correction services are not covered but may be provided at a discount.
- Dental benefits: Provides for 100% of preventative services including routine oral exams, cleaning, fluoride treatments, sealants, and bite-wing x-rays. Covers 80% of basic services and 50% of major services after a $50 deductible has been met.
- Life Insurance: Pays 1x your salary up to $50,000 in life insurance. You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself, spouse and/or child(ren).
- Personal Accident Insurance: You will receive 1x your salary up to $50,000 in personal accident insurance. You may purchase additional personal accident insurance for yourself, spouse and/or child(ren).
- Short and Long-Term Disability:
- Short-term disability: Coverage begins the 15th day of disability and covers up to 60% of base weekly earnings (up to $2,038 per week) for six months or the end of disability, whichever comes first
- Long-term disability: Coverage begins after six months of disability and covers up to 60% of base weekly earnings (up to $10,000 per month) for six months or the end of disability, whichever comes first up to age 65 (for disability beginning at age 63+, an abbreviate payment schedule will apply
- 401-k Retirement Plan: You will be eligible for enrollment in a 401-k retirement plan following six months of service to the firm. The Company will contribute three percent of your compensation into the plan. You may elect to contribute up to the IRS maximum amount. The amount of your eligible deferral increases by cost of living annually (as set by the IRS).
- Training and Development: Through our PEO service provider, we offer an online Employee Service Center with hundreds of courses. Most are available at no cost. Subject to supervisor approval, OPP will reimburse for costs associated with certification in project management, business communications, public relations and event planning. If you leave the firm within two years of reimbursed training, you will be responsible for repaying these costs.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Employees receive up to $1,500 per year toward an undergraduate or graduate degree program within our industry. Up to $500 per year may be used on qualifying education and professional seminar expenses that are job-related but not degree-related.
- Holidays: You will receive the following 12 paid holidays.

- Personal Leave: You will accrue 6.67 hours of personal leave per month for a total of 10 days or two weeks per year. Personal leave accrual will increase to three weeks after eight years and four weeks after 15 years of service with the firm. You may roll over up to 40 hours per calendar year. We also offer flex time depending upon the position requirements.
- Bonuses: Bonuses are subject to Company profitability and are based on performance as measured by:
i. Your level of involvement in new business development ii. Client and supervisor feedback on the quality of your work iii. Your work on pro-bono and overhead activities for OPP above 40 hours/week iv.
